Turmeric Tea

As mentioned in my earlier post, health benefits of turmeric, turmeric is known to have more than 600 health benefits! Since there are so many health benefits of curcumin, turmeric tea is one way of enjoying them.


How to Make Turmeric Tea

  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 clove
  • 1 tsp fresh ginger
  • pinch of fresh ground black pepper
  • As much turmeric as you can handle! Start with a teaspoon and go up from there.
  • 1-2 cups of water
  • Raw honey


  1. First, blend all ingredients in a high speed blender until smooth.
  2. Then, Pour into a small sauce pan and heat for 3-5 minutes over medium heat until hot but not boiling.
  3. Drink immediately.
