Ingredients
  1. 1/2 cup ragi ( red millet) flour
  2. 1/2 cup green moong dal (split green gram) soaked and cooked
  3. 1/4 cup crumbled cottage cheese
  4. 1 tsp finely chopped green chillies
  5. 2 tbsp finely chopped coriander
  6. a pinch of turmeric powder
  7. salt to taste
  8. Ragi ( red millet) flour for rolling
  9. oil for cooking
Instructions
  1. Combine all the ingredients in a deep bowl and knead into a semi-soft dough using enough water.
  2. Divide the dough into 6 equal portions and roll out each portion into a circle of 100 mm (4”) diameter, using a little red millet flour for rolling
  3. Heat non-stick pan and cook each paratha, using a little oil, till they turn golden brown in color from both sides.
  4. Serve immediately.
