Ingredients
  1. 1 cup quinoa (uncooked, rinsed well and drained)
  2. 1/4 cup whole flaxseed
  3. 1 Tbsp honey
  4. 1 Tbsp olive oil
  5. 1 Tbsp cinnamon
Instructions
  1. Mix all ingredients together.
  2. Spread on a baking sheet and bake at 375 deg. F oven until lightly browned. (You might stir every 10 minutes for about 25 - 30 minutes.)
  3. Let cool, crumble.
  4. MAKES EIGHT 2 Tbsp SERVINGS.
  5. Suggested serving: add 2 Tbsp of topping to 1/2 cup nonfat Greek yogurt, along with fresh berries. Drizzle honey on top.
