  1. 1 banana, sliced
  2. ¾ c (6 oz) vanilla yogurt
  3. 1 Tbsp honey
  4. ½ tsp freshly grated ginger
Instructions
  1. Combine the banana, yogurt, honey, and ginger. Blend until smooth

    Thanks. Am taking without yoghurt. Is t ok? It will not put weight?. Other than this what bf should n the morning.

      Hi Kala: To answer your questions:
      1. Yoghurt: If you can get Greek Yoghurt high in protein it is good. If you cannot get Greek yoghurt a low fat yoghurt is a good substitue
      2. Weight: Whether you put on or lose weight depends on what else you eat in the day and how much you exercise. Please read all articles in my blog. You can subscribe to receive email updates
